How to make Windows transparent with GhostWin?
If you work on your PC with lot of windows then you might want to either hide or avoid the inactive windows. It is practically not possible to hide them as you want to work with the applications opened. Hence, it would be helpful if you make the windows transparent using GhostWin while you move them from one location to another.
GhostWin is a freeware applications developed by an independent software developer. The size of the installation package is around 300 KB and I installed it within a minute.
Once installed, the software automatically runs on the background. You can adjust the settings by right clicking the top title bar. By default it is not necessary to modify any settings. I found that the application work only with few applications such as Microsoft Word, Google Chrome and FireFox. It will not work with Internet Explorer.
In order to view GhostWin in action, open Word and Chrome side by side. Then move the Word window. You will be able to see that the window gets transparent during the move.
