How do I Search Files from Windows Desktop with Quick Search? | TechnoEnclave

We manage large number of files and it is often difficult to search a particular file. Imagine you create a Word document today and want to search it after 3 months. You will not be able to track it unless you know the file name and the folder in which the file is saved. The default search mechanism in Windows is not advanced. Hence, you need to make use of third party tools such as Quick Search.

Quick Search is a product developed by Glarysoft which helps users to quickly locate files or folders instantly by key words. The software is much faster and easy to use and is an excellent alternative to Windows search.

In order to use Quick Search, you should download and install the installation file. As soon as the installation process is complete you will view a search box on the bottom right hand side of the desktop as shown below

You just need to provide first few characters and Quick Search automatically displays matching  folder and file names. It searches initially when you enter key letters and displays real-time searching results. Quick Search offers a search filter to limit search range and narrow down the search results for higher working efficiency with an intuitive interface.
