How do I get detailed hardware and software information with Sys Information?

Windows 7  comes with a Device Manager utility with which you can gather information regarding hardware. Sometimes, you require a comprehensive report of the various components of your computer.

In such a scenario, Sys Information will be useful as it provides information about hard drive, motherboard, CPU and much more. The freeware make use of a method by which it retrieves information from a dynamic link library and displaying it. This method is used to retrieve the information more fast and accurately. The Software will not freeze while retrieving information.

Sys Information includes features such as Fast Information Retrieval, Automatic Updating Method and comes with an easy to use interface. In order to work with the freeware, you should download and install it. The home page of Sys Information looks like as shown below

As you can see from the above screenshot, Sys Information displays detailed information under each tabs. You can make use of this information while you troubleshoot or repair your system. The freeware also displays your system temperature as well. You can buy cooling devices depending upon the temperature.

Sys Information is available for both 32 bit and 64 bit operating systems and is compatible with Windows 7/Vista SP1/XP SP2/Windows 2K both 32-bit and 64-bit with .NET Framework 2.0.
