Organize your Writings with CintaNotes | TechnoEnclave

You store bits of each writings or notes at various places such as in different NotePad files. You will find it difficult to manage them at a later time. Hence, it is essential to maintain all notes in a single place.

CintaNotes is a freeware program which enables you to store pieces of information that are collected from other documents or websites as Notes. The freeware is portable, which means that you can use it without performing a software installation. You just need to double click cintanotes.exe after extracting the contents of the ZIP package.

In order to add a note, you need to press Insert key on your keyboard and the following user interface will be displayed on the screen.

As you can see, it is possible to add lengthy note, tags and related links. I feel that tags option will be useful as it will help you to locate and identify notes easily at a later time. You can store unlimited notes as per your requirements. The following figure shows CintaNotes in action

You can press CTRL+F12 hotkey on your keyboard to create a note and CintaNotes captures the text and uses the application title as the note’s title. Moreover, you can also copy/paste the text into the application and append it to the list of previous notes.

CintaNotes enable you to instantly search a note by providing first few characters as shown below
